Bio-Weapons Labs in War

Historical -According to historical records, “During World War I, the German Army developed anthrax, glanders, cholera, and a wheat fungus specifically for use as biological weapons. They allegedly spread plague in St. Petersburg, Russia nfected mules with glanders in Mesopotamia, and attempted to do the same with the horses of the French Cavalry.”

During World War II, Japanese forces operated a secret biological warfare research facility (Unit 731) in Manchuria that conducted human experiments on prisoners. They exposed more than 3,000 victims to plague, anthrax, syphilis, and other agents to develop and observe the disease.

In 1942, the United States formed the War Research Service. Anthrax and botulinum toxin initially were investigated for use as weapons. Enough botulinum toxin and anthrax were stockpiled by June 1944 to allow unlimited retaliation if the German forces first used biological agents. The British also evaluated anthrax bombs on Gruinard Island off the northwest coast of Scotland in 1942 and 1943 and then prepared and stockpiled anthrax-laced cattle cakes for the same reason.

In the 1950s and 1960s, the United States continued research on various offensive biological weapons. and 1960s. During the 1950s, the USA released harmless organisms off both coasts of the United States to demonstrate the vulnerability of American cities to biological attacks. This weakness was evaluated again in 1966 when a test substance was released in the New York City subway system.

On Feb. 3, 2004, three U.S. Senate office buildings were closed after the toxin ricin was found in a mailroom that serves Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist's office. After Ukraine was uncoupled from the Soviet Union, 14years later, the US Department of Defense set up numerous Biological Weapons Laboratories in Ukraine.

In 2010, an unknown US Agency did secret biological syphilis experiments in Guatemala.

US Defense Department Bioweapons Labs

On March 6, 2015, confirmation that, “direct participation of the Pentagon in the financing of military biological projects in Ukraine,” said a Russian expert by the name of Kirillov. The US officially funded the projects through the Ukrainian Ministry of Health, according to a disclosed Agreements on Joint Biological Activities. However, the evidence shows that the real recipients of some $32 million in funds were Ukrainian Defense Ministry laboratories in Kyiv, Odessa, Lvov, and Kharkov. These Locations for the facilities were chosen by the US Department of Defense’s Threat Reduction Administration (DTRA), and the contractor Black and Veatch Foundation to conduct the U-P-8 project, aimed at studying the pathogens of Crimea-Congo hemorrhagic fever, leptospirosis, and hantaviruses, Kirillov said, pointing to a slide with the Pentagon’s request.

US Department of Defense’s Threat Reduction Administration (DTRA)

“DTRA PROTECTS NATIONAL SECURITY INTERESTS IN A RAPIDLY EVOLVING, GLOBALIZED THREAT ENVIRONMENT THROUGH IT'S TRANS REGIONAL FOCUS WHILE ENABLING THE UNDERSTANDING OF OUR ADVERSARIES AND PROVIDING SOLUTIONS TO Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD). DUAL-ROLES AS A DEFENSE AGENCY AND COMBAT SUPPORT AGENCY, WE SUPPORT THE U.S. COMBATANT COMMANDERS AND MILITARY SERVICES.” DTRA was established in 1998 and focused on nuclear threats and not setting up biological weapons that violates its mission. So again, I do not understand the “mission creep.” The Civilian leadership of the DTRA are DTRA Acting Director Dr. Rhys Williams, Operational Integration Director Kyle Lampela.

PhD Rhys Williams was a former submarine officer, Dr. Williams was qualified as a nuclear power plant manager through the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program and served as a nuclear weapons officer. He is the author of a number of publications, including a National Intelligence Estimate. “U.S. Rear Adm. Ryan Scholl serves as the Deputy Director of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Prior to coming to DTRA, he was the Commander, Carrier Strike Group EIGHT. He holds a Master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and is a graduate of the Joint Staff College and the Navy Nuclear Power Program/”

Black and Veatch Foundation

Our experts are proficient and experienced at addressing challenges unique to government service such as working to provide clean drinking water, preventing large headline-grabbing security breaches, or supporting mission-critical defense projects and pathogen outbreaks.” From my perspective, this is a strange company to hand over a project to build Biological Weapons Labs in Europe. I see zero core competencies in its prior projects or in its leadership. However, knowing how Lobbyist and corporations work in the US capital, you do not need competencies just connection into the political network. The labs were set up in 2005. George Walker Bush was an American wealthy politician who served as the 43rd president of the United States from 2001 to 2009.

The Russian General stated that “From our point of view, the interest of US military biologists is due to the fact that these pathogens have natural foci both in Ukraine and in Russia, and their use can be disguised as natural disease outbreaks.”

According to the released evidence, the labs isolated three bacterial pathogens (causing plague, brucellosis and leptospirosis) and six families of viruses, including coronaviruses, all of which were drug-resistant and spread rapidly from animals to humans. A number of documents confirmed the samples taken in Ukraine to other countries – Georgia, Germany, and the UK.

Russian General Kirillov showed official documents confirming the transfer of 5,000 samples of blood serum taken from Ukrainian citizens to the Pentagon-backed Richard Lugar center in Tbilisi, Georgia. Another 773 biological assays were transferred to the UK, while an agreement was signed for the transfer of “unlimited quantities” of infectious materials to the Friedrich Loeffler Institute, Germany’s leading center for animal diseases. However, the analysis of the obtained evidence suggests that Ukrainian specialists were not aware of the potential risks of transferring these materials and may have been kept in the dark about the true goal of the ongoing research, he stated.”

Project P-781

“Documents from Project P-781, a study of ways of transmitting diseases to humans through bats, showed it was conducted by the Kharkov laboratory and the Lugar Center in Georgia, but Ukraine received most of the $1.6 million grant for the project. Kirillov said that “systematic” research in this area has been conducted since 2009, under the supervision of US specialists – referencing projects P-382, P-444 and P-568. As one of the key people involved, Kirillov named the head of the DTRA office at the US Embassy in Kyiv as Joanna Wintrol. ( Wintrol left Kyiv in August 2020. In her parting interview, she insisted no US scientists worked in Ukrainian biolabs and accused Russia of spreading “false information” about the program.)

Kirillov pointed to mass outbreaks of avian flu in Russia and the EU in 2021, causing billions in damages, while the Kharkov Institute of Veterinary Medicine was studying wild birds as transmission vectors and assessing conditions under which the spread could cause economic damage and food insecurity. Evidence now shows the institute collected strains of avian flu capable of jumping species, Kirillov said, calling for an international investigation into the matter. Some of the documents at the Kherson laboratory appear to be missing and may have been destroyed, Kirillov said, suggesting it was related to the 2018 outbreak of a mosquito-borne parasitic disease in that region, and a cover-up."

"Four cases of dirofilariasis were detected in February 2021, which is not typical for mosquito life cycles, the general said. Pentagon representatives visited the local hospitals in April, collecting medical records and getting briefed on the epidemiological investigation. However, “no documentary evidence regarding this outbreak has been found in the Kherson laboratory,” leading the Russian military to believe that “the urgency of destroying such documentary evidence is explained by the desire to prevent access to them by Russian specialists.”

General Kirilov speculated his theory that “This may indicate a deliberate infection, or an accidental leakage of the pathogen from one of the biological laboratories located on the territory of Ukraine.”

The threat of biological warfare for America is real! Already biological agents have been used on military forces and on the Russian civilian populations is now more likely than it was at any other point in history.
